CRESCENDO! Individual Gala Ticket

The CRESCENDO Gala, “Standing for the Future” will take place at Castaway Portland on April 18, 2025
5:00pm Cocktails, 7:00pm Dinner

Each gala ticket includes admission to the event, appetizers, wine & beer, and a plated dinner.

Entrée Choices (choose one):

• Spice Rubbed and Grilled Petite Beef Tender Medallions, Salt Roasted Yukons, Churrascaria Style Vegetable Melange, Chimichurri (GF, DF)
• Roasted Frenched Breast of Mary’s Chicken, Artichoke Heart, Blistered Pepper and Grilled Summer Squash Melange, Rice Pilaf, Bravas Sauce (GF,
  DF)
• Gnocchi with Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Delicata, Forest Mushrooms, Kabocha-Saffron “Cream” (Vegan, GF)
