Gala Table for 10
The CRESCENDO Gala, “Standing for Growth” will take place at Castaway Portland on April 19, 2024
5:00pm Cocktails, 7:00pm Dinner
This table includes ten (10) admissions to the event, appetizers, wine & beer, and a plated dinner.
Entrée choices:
- Braised Boneless Beef Short Rib, Whipped Yukon Gold Potatoes, Grilled Local Asparagus, Root Vegetable Jus, Gremolata, Crispy Carrots (GF)
- Seared Filet of Mahi Mahi, Golden Rice Pilaf, Grilled Local Asparagus, Pineapple Chutney
- Vegetable Paella with Artichoke Hearts, Sofrito, Peas, Smoked Paprika and Saffron Broth (V+, GF)
