The CRESCENDO Gala, “Standing for Legacy” will take place at Castaway Portland on April 17, 2026
5:00pm Cocktails, 7:00pm Dinner
The purchase of this table includes eight (8) admissions for the event, appetizers, wine from ERATH, a variety of craft beer, and dinner by Grand Cru Catering.
Entrée Choices:
- Braised Angus Beef Chuck Roast, Whipped Yukon Gold Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus, Spring Vegetable Jus, Gremolata, Crispy Carrots (GF)
- Prosciutto and Provolone Stuffed Chicken Breast Scallopini, Maryhill Apricot Chutney, Rice Pilaf, Sauteed Spring Vegetable Melange (GF)
- Polenta Cake with Ratatouille – Crisp Polenta Cake Topped with Stewed Provençal Vegetables, served with Roasted Spring Vegetables (Vegan, GF)
