NEW LOGO_Horn OnlyThe mission of the Metropolitan Youth Symphony is to educate, develop and promote young musicians. We enroll nearly 450 youth from 10 counties in the region, ages 5-18, in 12 orchestra, band and jazz ensembles each year. MYS is one of the largest youth music organizations in the country and one of the few offering a jazz program. Students need only one year of experience to join, and none are turned away due to financial circumstances beyond their control. Learn More about MYS >>
